DESCRIPTION:The Charleston Alternative Energy Meetup Group\n\nJoin us for t
 his spring's third Green Business Networking event. We will meet March 10th
  from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm on the second floor of the Tate Center (enter throu
 gh the Beatty Center\, 5 Liberty Street). For this event we are focusing on
  alternative energy\, in partnership with the Charleston Alternative Energy
  Forum. If you are a business owner\, entrepreneur or working on a project 
 related to alternative energy\, please come out. Each of you will get a cou
 ple of minutes to give a pitch on what you're doing\, what you think are th
 e biggest challenges facing alternative energy in SC and/or what are the bi
 ggest opportunities. We invite anyone and everyone that is involved with or
  interested in alternative energy to come out to find out what is going on 
 with alternative energy in the Lowcountry and network. I think there is a l
 ot going on that we just don't know about\, but this event will help get th

 ew logo designed by David Hill of the Verdi Company) was set up to allow th
 e networking to continue virtually in between our monthly events. So be sur
 e to join the group and share what you are doing\, ask questions about gree
 n business or share interesting news articles.\n \nOur hope for the monthly
  event is to bring together a variety of knowledge\, skills\, motivation\, 
 and expertise to share ideas about helping businesses be more environmental
 ly-friendly\, starting new sustainable businesses\, finding employees/emplo
 yment and generating general networking contacts here in Charleston and the
  Lowcountry. Come out and meet like-minded representatives from local busin
 esses and organizations plus CofC students\, alumni\, staff and faculty. If
  you know anyone that might be interested\, please feel free to pass this a
 long to them\, or just bring them with you.\n\n \n\nWe’d appreciate an RSVP
  so that we can have a reasonable estimate of attendees and print out name
