Matt Charles is with Grid Feeders out of Vail Valley, CO. He serves as EcoBilt's www.eco-bilt.com solar designer and engineer. Matt has designed hundreds of solar pv, solar thermal and wind related energy systems for clients all over the US. In his relationship with EcoBilt, he looks forward to utilizaing his experience and expertise to help make alternative energy more of a reality in lowcountry.

Liz Kress - Biography
Principal Engineer with the South Carolina Public Service Authority (Santee Cooper), working in the Conservation and Renewable Energy Group as a developer of Biomass, Solar and Wind projects, and other renewable energy resource assessment activities for Santee Cooper.
Graduated from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA with a BS in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, and also has an MBA from the University of South Carolina. Originally from Hagerstown, MD. she has lived in South Carolina for 20+ years, and has an amazing 13-year-old daughter, Clara Ruth.
Geothermal Alternative Energy Forum Wednesday, November 19, 2008:
We had another successful Aternative Energy forum conference Call. with Michael Burns from Edge Solutions and Tom and Kim Madden from Custom Climate. Michael spoke in depth about the process of drilling and the science of geothermal while Kim gave an overview on the benefits of geothermal HVAC and proper installation in the home. Tom joined the guests and helped to answer several questions about what it takes to install the equipment in the home. Thanks to our guests and our callers for some great questions.
