Beyond Fossil Fuels: The Dawning of Clean Energy in Texas

A panel discussion on clean energy in Texas. Panel members will be *State Representative Robert Miklos*, author of green energy legislation this past legislative session; and a representative from Green Mountain, a power company that sells pollution free energy to Texas and national customers. What incentives for clean energy are in place, what's planned? What barriers are there to clean energy, including resistance from communities that don't think solar panels and wind turbines are aesthetically pleasing? How can we set up support for ecology-related legislation in the next legislative session? These and other questions will be explored.
