We will meet at Current Energy's store at 1:00 on Saturday, March 21th. This program will be a tour of the store, discussions on services provided by Current Energy and ways to be more energy efficient as well as new technologies being developed. Bring your questions.

The store is located off Highway 75, exit Knox/Henderson, travel west a short distance and you will arrive at the store which will be on your left. The store is on the south side of Knox near the corner. There is parking in front of the store as well as a parking lot behing the Crate & Barrel and behind Restoration Hardware.

If anyone would like to carpool, email me or any of our members by 10 am Saturday morning and we can arrange to a meeting place.

Hope to see everyone there Saturday!

    •  It was good to meet members of the group. The tour was informative and enjoyable. Thanks to all who attended. Mark
    •  Didn't know CE was involved in so many different enterprises--at least three.
    •  I think everyone was very pleased with their presention and thoughtfulness in allowing us to meet in their store on a Saturday afternoon. We learned what eco-technologies were available and in use both in commerical spaces as well as residental as well as the many ways to green up your homes and offices. This store is the "place to be' to locate anything green you can possibly imagine from technological HVAC systems to appliances, to electric bikes and backpacks to books, DVD's, lights, water and mold testing kits, Kill-Watt meters, water filters, toilets, radios, cleaning and laundry supplies, clothing. It's the one-stop store. Everyone needs to check this store out! Having been a customer prior to our meeting, it's even better now!

I enjoyed the roundup.... And the cookies! I've been wanting to go to the energy store for several months. The staff was friendly and answered most of our questions. I purchased a magazine and two water bags, which fit into the toilet tank, helping to reduce water consumption. I spent $13.00. It was quick, easy, and cheap. I'm already saving money. I left with home improvement projects dancing in my head. The store does home energy audits for $0.15 a square foot, for anyone interested. This was one was one of my favorite meetings. Keep up the good work!
