      “Hi Jim, Locating real world examples of joining historic preservation and green technology is an interest of mine. Your "historic and eco rehab" sounded akin to this. Also I saw mention of a 2M sq ft mill complex in Maine you were involved in. I'd like to learn about that project and others like it.”
