NY Wind Power November Meetup

Hi.

This will bee the forst meeting of the NY Wind Power meetup group. Our mission is currently two-fold:

1. Increase awaweness about the green power options for electric available to NYC electric customers and increase participation in the program. Learn more here.

2. Bring the first wind farm to NYC. Proposed locations include Governors Island, Coney Island, Red Hook, and the Hudson River South of 40th.

The meeting will have myself giving a brief into to NY Wind followed by a short video about wind power and then a discussion. Come and join us.

Earthmatters is a great cafe with internet and a nice seating area upstairs. Stop by on the 17th, 6pm.
